One Direction has set a new record on music video streaming site Vevo. Following the premiere of its video for "Best Song Ever" on Monday, the group garnered 10.9 million views in its first 24 hours, breaking the site's record. It beat out Miley Cyrus' "We Can't Stop," which received 10.7 million views when it first debuted last month.
"Best Song Ever" comes in advance of the British boy band's much-anticipated concert documentary directed by Morgan Spurlock called "This Is Us." The movie hits theaters next month, and the group is also gearing up to release a third album by the end of the year.
